What You’ll Do
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new powersports units
- install accessories and upgrades under the guidance of experienced mechanics
- Learn diagnostic and repair techniques for small engines
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturer standards
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your technical skills
What You Bring
- A genuine interest in how engines and mechanical systems work
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and reliability — you take pride in showing up and doing great work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license (Driver’s Abstract required)
- No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person! Experience with tools, small engines, or automotive work is an asset but not required.
